Gail Rice projects cadence, in life and in business. A coxswain for the men's varsity eight throughout college, she was elected Commodore of the men's team her junior year. She's remained in command ever since. Gail keeps her eye on the marketing outcomes, production realities, and creative impact of projects as she guides her client teams to the finish line.

Gail has spent her entire career in marketing and communications, working in the technology industry since the late 1980s, producing product launches, conferences, and keynote events for Aldus, Microsoft, Pokemon, and other Fortune 100 technology companies.

Gail has spearheaded multimedia productions and events in more than 20 countries. She has convinced Andy Grove to dance in a Bunny Suit, coordinated opening ceremonies with multiple heads of state, and interviewed African schoolchildren as they used a computer for the first time. Arguably her most marketable skill is being able to say "No worries" in the native language in France, Russia, India, China, Japan, Thailand, Switzerland, and Nigeria, among others.

Thanks to her many years involved in rowing, Gail claims she has seen a lifetime's share of sunrises. But put a golf club in her hand and she can still be brought out for an early morning tee time as she works tirelessly to improve her game.
