In 2007, Intel launched a new product category called the Mobile Clinical Assistant, a new mobile tablet designed specifically for nurses. They knew that nurses trust other nurses, not IT people so they sent us around the world to listen to what nurses had to say. Nurses trust other nurses—not the IT department.
